Concrete Worker Supervisor

A well established foundations employer is looking for Full Time permanent Team Leaders to lead their current teams across the larger Auckland region, managing and accomplishing quality projects at varying levels of complexity.

Duties include: Running full foundation projects around the greater Auckland area; oversee the outcomes generated by a team of people;

Deal with many issues daily and constantly re-strategise to complete projects effectively and efficiently;

Manage underperforming staff and how to work with them to bring out their potential;

Work with and manage other contractors to achieve the outcomes you need onsite;

Meet daily/weekly tight deadlines to ensure successful outcomes;

You will have extra time commitments outside of hours onsite to make sure that projects run smoothly, and you have a full grasp on each project you lead.

Must have previous construction experience in foundation work.

Hold Full driver licence and have own reliable transport.

Must have excellent communication skills, physically fit and leadership skills.
