Security Guard / Support Worker

The purpose of this role is to deliver safety, security, and peace of mind to clients towards a specified assignment and to a standard outlined by the client. The assignment can be a facility, an area, an individual with high needs, an individual requiring living support, or more. Work is done adhering to both Security and Support service formal training as well as New Zealand Law. Core objectives are designated by the Contractor, but can include duties such as: - Support Services relevant to the needs of the delegated Client - Static Security at a designated venue - Patrols of premises as required - Responsiveness in accordance with COA training - Incident reporting and report writing as required - Monitoring of digital communications with A&M Management and Administration - Driving if tasks should require it - Supervise junior employees and provide training both on and off the job. The successful candidate will hold COA Security License and First Aid Training or willing to undergo training. Hold a full licence and having previous experience is an advantage. Must have great organisation and time management. Good level of physical fitness and strength – Performance. Remaining calm under pressure. Core values that assist providing quality service. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and police check. Casual work with part time and full-time hours available.
