North Shore and Waitakere Hospital are currently seeking Hospital Orderlies, part time or casual to join their team. The ideal candidates will be physically fit and able to get along with people from all walks of life. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the effective day-to-day operation of the hospital by maintaining consistent non-patient and patient transport standards/ processes while delivering excellent customer service at all times. Please note; if you are successful you must complete the NZQA Level 3 Orderly qualification within the first 6 months of commencing employment. Job Requirements
Candidates must have technical knowledge with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to pass a VCA (Vulnerable Children Act) and police check. It would be an advantage if you have previous knowledge and skills associated with this position.
