Caretaker's Assistant

A Whitby school is seeking a Caretakers Assistant – This position is working alongside the Property Manager with school repairs, maintenance, ground keeping, security and logistics and helping where required. Position is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the school grounds and outdoor facilities including:
• Lawn care and maintenance, mowing and trimming and maintaining gardens. • Playground maintenance, including inspecting and replaying of play areas equipment and other outdoor play areas. • Assisting with school events and activities that take place outdoors, such as sports classes and games. • Beautification of the school grounds, maintenance of school vehicles and equipment
Job Requirements
MOJ / Police check required. Ideally you'll have experience working in a maintenance role or working outdoors. You'll be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
