Over the 12-month programme you’ll experience 6 months in the vineyards and 6 months in the winery. This program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in the wine industry, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to pursue a successful and fulfilling career in this dynamic industry. Your duties include but not limited to Learning how to operate vineyard and winery machinery safely, Cellar duties from barrel work to wine transfers, Harvest operations including crushing and pressing and Contribute to a safety culture by following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting. You will be a Team player with a can-do attitude, have a Willingness to learn and try something new, have Mechanical and numerical abilities, Hold a minimum Restricted driver’s license we’ll teach you how to drive the tractor, Must be able to pass a drug test. Criminal convictions considered
