Over the 12-month programme you’ll experience 6 months in the vineyards and 6 months in the winery. This program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in the wine industry, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to pursue a successful and fulfilling career in this dynamic industry. Your duties include but not limited to Learning how to operate vineyard and winery machinery safely, Cellar duties from barrel work to wine transfers, Harvest operations including crushing and pressing and Contribute to a safety culture by following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting.
