Maintenance Technician

Based New Brighton, employer looking for a skilled handyperson for Commercial Maintenance work within an educational environment. Ideally you will have several years’ experience in carpentry and happy to be customer facing and someone who enjoys working in a team to achieve high quality results. Applicants will need to demonstrate ability to undertake multiple different tasks to a high degree of workmanship. This is a great opportunity for someone possessing both technical and all-round skills with experience over a wide range of related building, facilities, and services tasks. As part of a Maintenance team you will become an integral part of our ability to provide continuity of service to meet the requirements of our clients. Responsibilities include; Reactive and Preventative Maintenance tasks, Emergency Cleans, Grounds and Garden Maintenance, Waste Management, Pest Control, Sub-contractor Management and Cleaning team supervision.
