We have an exciting opportunity for five amazing Permanent Full Time Breakfast Chefs to join our team at the Wellington Airport. Reporting to the Head Chef, this key position, will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the lounge menu cooking daily and most importantly providing a second to none experience to a large variety of airline passengers which use the lounge. This is a rare opportunity for a Chef to jump into a great team and work with them to continue building on the lounges current success to provide great service to the guests.
Job Requirements
If you are our ideal candidate you will have proven experience working in a commercial kitchen as a Chef, be a hardworking team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive attitude, have up to date knowledge of current Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety legislation, hold food safety Unit Standards 167 and 168 or equivalent, demonstrate a passion for great food and quality, proven reliability, demonstrate experience of kitchen leadership and the ability to lead a team.
