We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Permanent Full-Time Sous Chef to join our team. Your responsibilities: Reporting to the Head Chef, this key position, will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the lounge menu cooking daily and most importantly providing a second to none experience to a large variety of airline passengers which use the lounge. This is a rare opportunity for a Sous Chef to jump into a great team and work with them to continue building on the lounges current success to provide great service to the guests.
If you are our ideal candidate you will be a hardworking team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive attitude, proven experience working in a commercial kitchen, have up to date knowledge of current Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety legislation, hold food safety Unit Standards 167 and 168 or equivalent, demonstrate a passion for great food and quality, proven reliability, demonstrate experience of kitchen leadership and the ability to lead a team.
