The role of this position is to: • Lead – the completion of allocated tasks and controlled use of resources. • Deliver – completion of a full range of manual and operator tasks to a high standard as part of a highly trained and high performing workforce and workforce-for-hire. • Support – matauranga Maori, good procedures, positive behaviour and site maintenance. Major Challenges of the Role • Start-up of business requires; initiative, smarts, responsibility and versatility. • Physical ability and ability to develop a very wide range of skills and machinery operation. • Using your initiative to report on matters and get things done to a high standard. To be successful in any role at He Tipu, you should: • Acknowledge the mana whenua hapu and our Maori world perspective. • Display good values related to aroha, tika and pono. • Practice a positive, can-do and safe work approach. • Be willing to learn and develop more skills and knowledge. • Work well as part of a team
Job Requirements
The right positive hardworking attitude Qualification – Site Safety A good honest worker Experience – Agriculture, forestry, outdoors A reliable person and great team member. At least restricted licence.
