As a Logistics Support Coordinator you will coordinate and schedule the movements of goods and vehicles across Southland and Otago, ensuring timely deliveries. The primary functions of this role will include: - Coordination and scheduling of goods, vehicles and personnel - Monitoring deliveries - Communicating with drivers, clients and customers - Assisting with other logistics duties as required - Providing cover across our dispatching and planning teams as required. You will have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills. Due to the online nature of this role it is pivotal that you have confidence across the Microsoft office suite and the ability to learn logistics software. Knowledge of transportation regulations, policies and procedures, and logistics experience is valuable, however not essential as full onsite training, with ongoing support is provided. Job Requirements
Admin or logistics background. Must have at least Restricted drivers licence, own transport and have contactable references. Must be able to pass police and drug tests as required.
