Technical Sales Representative
About this job
A locally owned business specialising in healthy homes and installation of insulation requires a highly motivated Sales Consultant/ Healthy Homes Advisor to help create healthier homes. Although a highly rewarding role, this is hands on. You will be crawling around roof spaces and the underfloor as part of the comprehensive assessment and inspection process providing not only solutions but an understanding on how to prioritise what the customer should invest in first. The appointee will take ownership to fill parts of their calendar with appointments to help homeowners, landlords and builders with recommending solutions for Insulation, Ventilation, Heat and Cool Efficiency. You will have rounded experience in lead generation through door knocking /cold calling, social media, networking/referrals, home shows and expos.
Job Requirements
Your key skills and attributes will include a genuine Salesperson committed to helping the customer long term. You will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and be tech savvy. Experience of managing your sales pipeline-reporting is also planning, forecasting and organisational skills to ensure that your numbers are solid is also a requirement. May be required to pass a security check and drug test.
