A local Traffic Management company in Gracefield is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including assistance with recruitment, induction administration, staff database management, company accounts management functions, and staff payroll administration. You will also be responsible for maintaining staff training and competency records and databases, as well as organizing training for the staff. Additionally, you will ensure that electronic and paper filing systems and databases are up to date and accurate. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Experience with office administration. Experience in general accounting practices. Organisation, accuracy and attention to detail. All successful candidates must under-go and pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
