Rangatahi Support Worker

We are seeking Rangatahi Support Workers to join our team. This role involves delivering and/or coordinating support services to help whanau achieve their goals set out in their plan. The range of support services required will vary depending on the needs of whanau and may include, but is not limited to connecting whanau with relevant support services within the community e.g budgeting or parenting programmes, providing advice and mentoring, ensuring children are safe, providing support to navigate government and social services, ongoing encouragement to achieve goals and regular face to face engagement. To be successful in this position, you must have a personal history appropriate to be employed to work with children and young people, therefore a police vetting will be required. You must also hold a full class 1 driver licence. Any relevant experience is an advantage.
