Canteen Worker

A Kilbirnie based employer is searching for a School Canteen Team Leader. This is generally a sole charge role, but there will be student staff that will come in to help during the busy times, who you will be in charge of. Duties will include - Food preparation, customer service, food safety, reporting any health and safety issues, banking, stock control and ordering, cleaning, day to day running of the tuck shop - making and serving food to students and teachers and occasional catering for school events will also be required. This role is only during the school term. The successful candidate will be quick on their feet, able to work to very tight deadlines, will be organised, able to learn quickly and will preferably have some food preparation experience. Job Requirements
Must be able to pass a pre-employment Police check. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently. Some food handling and customer service experience ideal. Comfortable leading a small team.
