About this job
Local employer looking for Sous-Chef who is can cook and prepare high quality dishes. Will assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes. Supervising kitchen stations and be a helping hand when needed. Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels and great team player. Must be able to work 1 weekend day
