About this job
This role is based on Waiheke Island at Kennedy Point. Exciting part time position for a customer service person to provide exceptional customer services to Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island customers. Working days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Duties include: Overseeing smooth queuing and loading of vehicles and passengers onto vessels. Receiving in bound customer bookings, enquiries and complaints by phone and email. Ticketing office duties, respond to all online and email queries in a timely manager. Maintain the booking system including online capability. Interested? Job Requirements
Experience in in-bound call centre, using online booking, reservation system preferred. Proven experience in resolving customer complaints. Able to build relationships with customers and staff Waiheke Island Resident is advantageous Be able to pass a drug test and Ministry of Justice check.
