Kiwifruit Picker
About this job
Do you enjoy working in the outdoors? Our kiwifruit orchard picking teams based in the Franklin District are expanding and we are looking for additional people to join our seasonal team and get involved in picking kiwifruit. We have seasonal fixed term and casual employment opportunities available. As is common in the fruit industry, the majority of picking work is paid on a “piecework” basis. This means staff are paid based on the amount of fruit picked rather than by the hour. The advantage of this system is that the more you pick the more you earn, so your hard work is well rewarded with potential high earnings. If you are interested in the role, and have your own or reliable transport, please email your contact details to pukekohe_employment@msd.govt.nz with the job ID as the reference. You can also apply online at www.punchbowl.co.nz/
