Albany location - a global electronic brand is looking for an EXPERIENCED Customer Service Officer with previous call centre experience. This role works in the Special Project team within the Service department. You will be responsible for coordinating certain activities such as refunds, exchanges, up-grade for certain SENZ products. You will liaise with the outsourced call center, repair centers and direct customers to make sure the customers are satisfied with SENZ actions and get a timely resolution depending on what option the customer has selected. Duties include Contacting all parties concerned with reference to each case and updating or providing outcome by the end of every business day until resolved; Managing and maintaining many data sets for special projects; Data entry & Centralization; Stock Monitoring; Refund Processing; Service Agent Follow up & Traction; Customer follow up; Trade Me Monitoring and others. Job Requirements

• Minimum Typing speed of 30 words per minute • Thorough SAP knowledge • 1-2 years’ experience in a resolutions/escalations team • Important o Previous call center experience Microsoft excel experience o Resilience under pressure • Desirable o Previous service industry experience • Ability to meet targets and deadlines. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Engaging personality with great energy and initiatives. • Passion for technology.
