About this job
Mitre 10 Mega are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their customers, both in person and over the phone. You will also have the opportunity to work in different departments within Mitre 10 and develop a wide range of skills.
Part-Time/Full-Time roles
Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with their queries Provide product advice and recommendations Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle customer complaints and issues Maintain a tidy and well-presented store environment Work in different departments within Mitre 10, such as hardware, gardening, and homeware. Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
