Property Maintenance Person

• General repairs (minor jobs) • Electrical repairs e.g., replacing light bulbs • Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings and other parts of the buildings • General building cleaning and maintenance, including emergency tasks e.g., roof leaks or flooding • Identify and report the need for major repairs • Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs • Maintain rubbish and recycling receptacles around the facility • Maintain grounds, trees and garden areas for two sites • Assist the Tenancy and Operations teams with: o Property inspections o Furniture collections o Vehicle maintenance o Fire safety o Events set up and pack down

• Highly motivated and flexible individual looking to tackle a new challenge • Great communication and time management skills • Organisational skills • Physically fit – heavy lifting involved • Team player • Ability to comply with health and safety requirements • Eligible to work in NZ • Full and clean NZ driver licence – knows the North shore area
