Grounds Person, Maintenance

Several permanent full-time positions for a multiskilled hardworking Grounds Worker to join the UMS team. The locations of work will be within areas of West Auckland. Tasks and responsibilities include: maintenance of surfaces, pruning, planting, spraying/weeding, hedge-trimming, weed-eating/edging, litter management, maintenance of equipment and roadside vegetation. This is a physically demanding role, so a good level of physical fitness is required. You must love the outdoors and be passionate about the community. You must have a positive “can do” attitude and be a team player. Horticulture experience is desirable, but we are willing to train the right person.
