Retail Sales Assistant

Z Energy North Shore is looking for reliable retail sales / customer service staff to join the teams at various Nth Shore sites. Multiple shifts available; full-time + part-time ; morning, afternoon + nights. Responsibilities include: Providing quality customer service at the register, doing housekeeping and merchandising checks, Securing cash and managing the shift balance, complying with H+S and food safety Standards; Handling customer/supplier complaints efficiently and in a friendly manner; Promoting pumped and other promotions, Developing and maintaining great working relationship with all site staff members, and all other duties when required. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, flexible, adaptable to rostered shifts, strong communications who are active with ideas to improve our processes for benefit of staff and customers. Role requires standing for long periods. Must have reliable transport to get to job site for start and finish times. Night shift starts 9-10pm and finishes 6-7am. Day shifts start 6-7am; afternoon shift starts 12-2pm. Must be able to pass MOJ background check.
