Health Support Worker
About this job
Support workers needed in various locations. A support worker provides support to people with disabilities. You will be assisting in household management. This will include cooking, cleaning, gardening, shopping, paying accounts etc. Assist people to ensure good personal hygiene, nutrition and physical appearance. Support the people to carry out their daily and weekly planner of activities including accompanying and supporting people at work or in education and more. Full current class 1 driver’s license is essential. Have you own transport to get to and from work. Must be able to work weekends and shift work. Must be prepared to attend training. Declare any criminal and traffic convictions. Previous experience in supporting people with disabilities is preferred but not essential.

- Shift work 7-3, 3-11pm , sleep overs 11-7am, 8-12, 8-4, 10-6 (40 hours per week)
