Health Support Worker

With recent growth in our services, we are looking to grow our Support Worker team, providing support to Adults and/or Children and Youth. As a Support Worker you will be working alongside our people in providing day-to-day support, such as helping with household tasks and enabling them to live full lives. We have a variety of roles available. Full-time, part time and casual. For our Permanent staff, we can guarantee 30 hours plus a week. This is a pay equity recognized role, your wage would be between $22.49 and $28.25 depending on your qualifications, training, and experience. This can be a challenging role, but also highly rewarding as you journey alongside people to support their development. You will have to use all your skills and ingenuity to help them enjoy and participate in our community. We are of the belief that they can do anything and can learn to be able and independent. Various roles from Full time to part time. Immediate start.

The ideal applicant will be patient, mature and have integrity. No experience is required – full training is provided. Must have at least restricted licence. Must be able to pass all pre-employment check. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be able to maintain accurate records and progress notes Be trustworthy and have high ethical standards and be able to respect confidentiality and privacy.
