Avondale based employer looking for a Site Assistant to join their team with immediate start. If you have worked on a construction site previously or have been a hammer hand – this could be your next career move.
Training will be provided, you will be assisting in the welding / erecting of fabricated steel in a safe and efficient manner while reporting to and carrying out tasks set by the team leader. Other work as directed such as drilling, punching, grinding and gouging, and quality assurance.
Great opportunity to grow your career. This role could lead into Rigger and Crane Operator roles!
Time and a quarter paid for any hours worked over 50, time and a half paid for any hours worked on a Sunday.
Job Requirements
Must have experience working within construction, Have current Site Safe (Training can be provided) and EWP, Full Drivers licence preferred must be able to pass drug test, previous criminal conviction considered case by case.

- Monday – Friday (weekends optional), 7.30 am to 4.00 pm (40 hours per week)
